用记事本新建一个文本文档，输入以下内容：

del /f /s /q %windir%\prefetch\*.*
rd /s /q %windir%\temp & md %windir%\temp
del /f /q %userprofile%\cookies\*.*
del /f /q %userprofile%\recent\*.*
del /f /s /q "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\*.*"
del /f /s /q "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Temp\*.*"

echo 清理系统垃圾完成！
echo. & pause
保存为“一键清理系统垃圾文件.bat”就可以了。
然后关闭记事本，双击刚刚建立的bat格式文件，按操作进行就可以了！ |
